Isobel Christine Maxton (nee Ellis)
In her 80s Mum’s eyesight started to fail. A real challenge for anybody but especially hard for Mum as she loved to read. She read Just William stories as a child, and Anne of Green Gables, James Herriott’s vet books and adored The Number One Ladies Detective Agency. We are grateful for the work that Calibre Audio Books do allowed mum to continue to enjoy books right up to her passing at age 96.
